Cancellation Policy
Services Covered PBC Services is committed to providing top-quality cleaning solutions for a variety of needs. Our offerings include: Commercial Cleaning: Tailored cleaning solutions for office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. Deep Cleaning Service: In-depth cleaning for homes and businesses, focusing on areas that are often overlooked during regular cleanings. Move-In/Out Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning services to ensure a spotless transition for both move-ins and move-outs. Residential Cleaning: Regular cleaning services designed to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of your home. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change. To accommodate these changes, we require clients to inform us at least 1 business day in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 business day before the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations: A fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service. Payment Policy To ensure smooth transactions and continued service quality, the following payment policies apply: Payment Due: Payment is required within 24 hours of service completion. Failure to Pay: Clients who fail to make payment within the specified time frame may be subject to service suspension until payment is received. Additional Hourly Rate While we strive to provide accurate estimates for our services, sometimes additional time may be required to complete the job to our high standards. Additional Hourly Rate: $70 per additional hour beyond the initially estimated time.
